1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Aron Platform you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Aron Platform is a SaaS platform for insurance intermediaries offering management, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to optimise insurance processes.

3. Registration and Account

To use the platform you must:

  • Be a duly registered insurance intermediary (in Italy: RUI registration required; in other jurisdictions: local regulatory registration required)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your access credentials
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorised access

4. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not infringe the rights of third parties
  • Not attempt to access unauthorised systems
  • Not use the platform for fraudulent activities
  • Comply with insurance sector regulations applicable in your jurisdiction

5. Plans and Payments

Services are offered according to the pricing plans published on the site. Payments are processed monthly or annually according to the chosen plan. Fees may be modified with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the platform, including software, design, content, and trademarks, belong to MioAssicuratore S.r.l. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform.

7. Data and Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and can export or delete it at any time.

8. Service Availability

We commit to ensuring 99.9% uptime on an annual basis. Scheduled maintenance interruptions may occur, of which we will give advance notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aron Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Rome has jurisdiction. International users may have additional rights under their local consumer or business protection laws.
