Broker Mandate

Broker Insurance Mandate

Access 25+ carriers without negotiating one mandate at a time. Sign a single collaboration agreement with MioAssicuratore S.r.l., an IVASS-registered broker, and issue policies from day one: motor, home, life, health, professional liability and commercial lines.

What a broker insurance mandate is and how it works with Aron

A broker insurance mandate is the agreement that lets a broker registered in RUI section B distribute a carrier's products. In the traditional model each mandate is negotiated on its own: months of talks, minimum volumes, compliance handled carrier by carrier. For anyone starting out, or widening their catalogue, it is the main bottleneck.

Aron flips the model. Instead of chasing mandates one by one, you tap into the MioAssicuratore S.r.l. network — a duly RUI-registered broker — and operate across 25+ carriers under a single contract. No minimum volumes, no waiting: quotes and policies are available as soon as your registration is verified.

But the mandate is only half the job. The other half is running it: issuing, collecting, commissions, renewals, pre-contractual documents. Aron gives you the mandate and the tool to manage it in the same place, so you never go back to spreadsheets to reconcile commissions or chase deadlines by hand.

Frequently asked questions about the broker insurance mandate

No. Aron includes access to MioAssicuratore S.r.l. mandates across 25+ carriers. No direct agreements to negotiate: once your RUI registration is verified, you can issue policies.

Which lines does the broker mandate cover?

Motor and motorcycle, home and family, life, health, professional liability, accident, legal protection, surety and the main commercial lines. The catalogue expands over time with no action on your part.

How much does the broker mandate cost with Aron?

Network and mandate access is included in the free Partner Network plan. White Label plans, for a branded quoter and domain, start at €99 per month.

Can I keep using the mandates I already have?

Yes. Aron doesn't replace your direct agreements: it sits alongside them. Manage Aron mandates and your own from the same interface, in one portfolio.

How are commissions handled?

The platform calculates and reconciles L1 (carrier–MioAssicuratore) and L2 (MioAssicuratore–intermediary) commissions on every policy. The monthly statement is in the platform, with nothing to reconcile by hand.

Do I need RUI registration?

Yes. To operate as a broker you must be registered in RUI section B. At sign-up we verify your registration before activating mandates.
